猪囊尾蚴病快速诊断方法的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 应用金标免疫反应、建立快速诊断猪囊尾蚴病诊断试剂。方法 通过对金微颗粒标记猪囊尾蚴特异性蛋白分子物质,与待测样本中相对应蛋白质进行抗原抗体免疫结合,检测猪囊尾蚴特异性抗原或抗体。结呆 检测32份临床确诊猪囊尾蚴病患者血清CAg和CAb的敏感性分别为93.75％和87.5％,检测8份肺吸虫病、肺吸虫病、旋毛虫病者和10份健康者血清的CAg和CAb均为阴性,特异性100％。检测最低蛋白含量为0.2μg/ml。结论 金标快速检测试剂对猪囊尾蚴病具有高特异、高敏感、高稳定、操作简便的诊断价值。ve To establish a rapid method for diagnosis of cysticercosis by gold mark immune reaction. Methods Specific cysticrcus antigens or antibody against cysicrcus were detected by labelling molecular protein specific to cysticercus with collloidal gold particle and reacted with correaponding protein in the samples to be detected. Results The circulating cysticercus antigen(CAg) , circulating antibody(CAb) against cysticercus in the thirty - two sera collected from confirmed and suspected cysticercosis patients were detected and the positive rates were 93.75 % and 87.5 % , respectively and an average sensitivity of 90.63 % . The circulating cysticercusantigen(CAg), cirenlating antibody (CAb) against cystieereus were also deleeled from the 8 sera of patients with paragonimiasis, fascio-liasis and trichineliasis and 10 sera from healthy persons were detected and all gave negative results with a specifieity of 100% . In this test as low as 0.2μg/ml could be detected. Conclusion The restults shows ihl tht method is specific, sensitive, rapid, highly stable and simple for diagnosis lo cysticereosis.
