摘　　要：目的 :建立猪血浆中阿托品的 HPL C测定法。方法 :色谱柱为 YMC- pack ODS- A分析柱 (15 0 m m× 4 .6 m m,5μm ) ,以含 0 .0 1mol/ L醋酸钠和 0 .0 0 5 mol/ L磺基丁二酸二辛基钠的水 -甲醇 (40∶ 6 0 ) (用冰醋酸调节 p H至 5 .5 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 5 7nm ,以后马托品为内标。 结果与结论 :线性范围为 0 .6 797～ 3.5 6 86μg/ ml,r=0 .992 4 ,平均回收率为 10 7.5 % ,RSD=7.0 % (n=9) ,最低检测浓度为 0 .34μg/ mObjective:To establish a method for determination of atropine in pig plasma by HPLC. Methods:YMC pack ODS A column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was applied. The mobile phase was a solution containing 0.01 mol/L sodium acetate and 0 005 mol/L dioctyl sodium sulphosuccinate in methanol(60%) and was adjusted to pH 5.5 with glacial acetic acid. The elute was detected at UV 257 nm and homatropine was used as the internal standard. Results and Conclusion: The linear range is 0.679 7 3.568 6 μg/ml, r =0.992 4.The average recovery rate was 107.5% and the RSD was 7.0%( n =9). The minimal concentration of detection was 3.4 μg/ml.
