老年人肾虚及其证型的调查研究

摘　　要：为探讨老年人肾虚及不同肾虚类型状态和分布特点。对上海市长宁区程桥街道 2 13 7名≥ 60岁的常住健康老年人进行流行病学调查。结果 :老年人肾虚发生率为 78 80 % ,且呈增龄性增加 ,60～ 64岁、65～ 69岁、70～ 74岁、75～ 79岁、80岁以上年龄组肾虚率分别为 63 3 8%、71 48%、86 2 3 %、90 99%、97 40 % ;肾精虚衰、肾阴虚、肾气虚、肾阳虚、肾阴阳两虚分别占肾虚总数的80 82 %、6 95 %、5 76%、5 70 %和 0 77%。在性别方面 ,男性以肾阳虚、肾气虚居多 ,女性以肾阴虚居多 ,无论男女 ,肾精虚衰均占首位。提示肾精虚衰是老年人群的共同病理生理基础 。In order to investigate the current situation and distribution of different patterns of kidney deficiency in the elderly,the epidemiological investigation was conducted in 21 37 healthy elderly above 60 years old,resident in Chengqiao neighbourhood,Changning District,Shanghai.The results showed that the incidence rate of kidney deficiency was 78 80% in the elderly,present in progress in the age.In the groups of 60～64 years old,65～69 years old,70～74 years old,75～79 years old,and 80 years old and above,the incidence rate of kidney deficiency was respectively 63 38%,71 48%,86 23%,90 99%,97 40%;deficient decline of the kidney essence,kidney yin deficiency,kidney qi deficiency,kidney yang deficiency,and deficiency in the kidney yin and yang respectively accounted for 80 82%,6 95%,5 76%,5 70%0 77% of the total count of kidney deficiency.In terms of the sex,the males were mostly present with kidney yang deficiency and kidney qi deficiency,and the females were present with kidney yin dificiency mostly.Either in the males or females,deficient decline of the kidney essence occupied the first position.These findings indicate that deficient decline of the kidney essence is a joint pathological and physiological foundation in the elderly and is an important mechanism in acceleration of the senility.
