冠心通脉汤治疗缺血性心脏病的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察自拟冠心通脉汤治疗缺血性心脏病的疗效。将 60例缺血性心脏病伴有高流变性患者随机分为两组。治疗组 (A组 ,40例 )用冠心通脉汤加小剂量卡托普利 ,倍他乐克 ;对照组 (B组 ,2 0例 )用复方丹参片加卡托普利 ,倍他乐克。两组患者在用药前及用药后 4周分别观察临床症状、体征及心电图和实验室相关指标。结果 :总有效率、心电图、心功能改善程度及伴随症状 ,治疗组疗效均优于对照组 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1) ;血脂、血液流变学各指标治疗组较治疗前有明显改善 (P <0 0 5 )。而对照组无明显变化。提示冠心通脉汤联合应用卡托普利、倍他乐克有较好的改善心脏缺血 ,改善症状 。In order to observe the therapeutic effect of self designed'Coronary Artery Dredging Decoction'in the treatment of ischemic heart disease,60 cases of ischemic heart disease accompanied by high rheological variation were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(Grop A,40 cases)was treated with'Coronary Artery Dredging Decoction'plus small dose of captopril Tablets and Betaloc.The control group(Groups B,20 cases)was treated with'Compound Salvia Tablets'plus Captopril Tablets and Betaloc.The clinical symptoms,signs.EKG and related laboratory indexes indexes were observed in the patients of the two groups respectively before administration of medications and four weeks after medications.The results showed that the therapeutic effect was better in the total effective rate,EKG,improving degree of cardiac function and accompanying symptoms in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0 05～P<0 01),and various related indexes in blood fat and blood rheology were obviously improved in the treatment group(P<0 05),but there was no obvious change in the control group.Conclusion is that combination of'Coronary Artery Dredging Decoction'and Captopril Tablets and Betaloc is effective for improving cardiac ischemia and improving the symptoms and can decrease high rheological variation in ischemic cardiac disease.
