摘　　要：在简要总结大庆油田 2 0 0 1年勘探工作成果的基础上 ,全方位分析了大庆油田有限责任公司所面临的勘探形势 ;确定了“十五”勘探工作总体思路 ;制定了立足东北、走向西部、进军海外、多种资源综合勘探的资源接替战略。同时指出 ,今后的勘探工作是进一步深化和加快推进“三个勘探” ,要按照“突出预探 ,重在发现”和“择优探明 ,注重效益”的原则搞好勘探部署工作 ,提高勘探开发整体效益 ;要搞好技术创新 ,大力推广先进、适用的勘探技术 ,降低勘探工程成本 ;要理顺勘探管理程序 ,完善以勘探项目为核心的勘探管理体制和运行机制 ;要加大工作力度 。On the basis of introducing exploration results of Daqing oil field in 2001 ,current situation of Daqing Oil Field Company Ltd. is analyzed; overall idea of the exploration in 'tenth five year plan' is determined; strategic measures of integrative exploration are worked out: rooting in northeast China, developing in northwest China, entering overseas, improving varied resources exploration. In the days to come ,exploration work of 'fine exploration, strategic exploration, integrative exploration' should be further deepened and speeded up, exploration planning rules are that 'stressing preliminary exploration and hydrocarbon discoveries' and 'choosing high grade proven reserves and increasing benefit', and improving integrative exploration and development benefit; developing and applying new and advanced exploration techniques ,decreasing exploration engineering cost .At the same time, putting exploration programme in order, perfecting management and operation mechanism of exploration projects ; striving for new breakthrough at market both home and abroad
