羚牛内寄生虫调查研究

摘　　要：检查了卧龙、喇叭河、蜂桶寨和王朗4个自然保护区以及成都动物园的302份羚牛粪便,并剖检1头死亡羚牛。结果表明,羚牛体内寄生虫总感染率为92.05％,发现有仰口线虫,毛首线虫,槽盘吸虫、莫尼茨绦虫,同盘吸虫,住肉孢子虫,小型肺线虫(原圆科),蛔虫(蛔科),圆形线虫(园形亚目),和6种艾美尔球虫。其中,小型肺线虫为优势种,感染率75.5％;6种艾美尔球虫均为新种;住肉孢子虫,毛首线虫和蛔虫见于羚牛均属首次。小型肺线虫1期幼虫对外界抵抗力很强,发现4种软体动物可作为中间宿主。302 droppings of wild takins which came from 4 natureprotecting areas and Chengdu Zoo were analyzed, and a corpse of a takin in Chengdu Zoo was dissected for parasites. The total rate of parasitic infection is 92.05％. Endoparasites of takins include small lungworms, Bunostomum sp., Trichuris sp., Ogmocotyle sp., 6 species of Eimeria, Ascrides, Moniezia sp., Parampistomnm sp., Sarcocystis sp. and Strongyles. Among them small lungworms are the main endoparasites, and the prevalence rate is 75.50％. Eimeria spp. are all new species. Takin is the new host record of Sarcocystis sp. and Trichuris sp. And eggs of ascarides were detected in takins for the first time. The 1st-stage larvae of small lungworms have good resistance to environment, 4 terrestrial mollusca are confirmed as intermediate hosts of them.
