摘　　要：西北民族法律文化的现代化是摆在我们面前的重要历史任务。法律文化具有传统性 ,但只有在法律传统与现实的法律制度的本质相一致时 ,该法律文化传统才会成为这一时代法律文化的组成部分。随着我国西部大开发战略的实施 ,提升西北民族法律文化的现代化程度 ,是一个日益紧迫的任务 ,它关系到广大西北少数民族群众对我国法律的认知程度、西北地区法律环境的改善和西部大开发的成功与否。The modernization of law culture in northwest is an important task for us. Law culture is of traditional reserves, traditional law culture may become a part of the present law culture only when it is in consistent. With the development of northwest, the modernization of law culture in northwest is a key element for the people of minority nationalities to understand state policies and improve their law conditions.
