转轨经济中银企关系的变迁与重构

摘　　要：本文从金融交易形成的角度,界定了银行与企业金融交易关系的基本规定性,通过对转轨经济中我国银企关系的变迁及其内在缺陷的分析,阐述了构建适应市场经济发展要求的新型银企关系的基本理论框架与改革思路,并揭示了金融制度或规则的完善、信用环境的规范对银企金融交易关系重构的意义。This paper defined the basic rules of financial transaction relationship between bank and enterprise. By analysis the transformation and internal defect of the relationship in the economic transitional period, the author discusses the basic theoretical framework and reform proposal of building up a new relationship between bank and enterprises adapting to the market economic development. Finally the significance of improving financial regulation and credit culture to the financial transaction relationship between bank enterprises are put forward.
