摘　　要：明治维新获得成功和二战失败占领期的改革是日本经济的两个转折点，现在日本又面临着信息化与经济结构改革的又一个转折点，由于没有完成这个转折和改革，近年来日本经济出现持续衰退，要走出困境必须尽快实现全方位经济结构改革。The success of Meiji Reformation and the reform after the Second World War are two turning points of Japanese economy . Now , Japan faces the third turning point , which is informationization and economic structural reform . Because of not accomplishing the turning and reform Japan's economy has been in continuous recession in recent years To carry out omnibearing economic structural reform is a good way to extricate Japan from the difficult position.
