摘  要:论述了用三种覆盖剂熔炼制备原位TiCp/Fe复合材料的试验方法,并对不同覆盖剂熔炼制备的复合材料金相组织进行观察,对其力学性能进行了测试.结果表明:熔体覆盖剂保护熔炼制备原位TiCp/Fe复合材料在工业化生产中是可行的熔炼技术,对指导工业化生产有着非常的实际意义;使用3#熔体覆盖剂进行保护熔炼效果好,制备的原位TiCp/Fe复合材料的铸态冲击韧性αk值为14.53(J/cm2),硬度值HRC为42.8.The experimental methods which use three kinds of covering agents were discussed. The microstructure of TiCp/Fe in situ composite prepared by different were observed and the mechanical properties were measured. The results showed that the preparation of TiCp/Fe in situ composite by covering agent was a reliable melting technique in industrial production and this was very importance to industrial production. The smelting result was good by using 3# covering agent and the toughness and hardness of prepared TiCp /Fe in situ composite by 3# covering agent were 14.53J/cm2 and 42.8 respectively.
