摘　　要：在当代中国，先进生产力是高新技术及其产业所体现的生产力；中国特色的社会主义文化就是中国先进文化的前进方向；在本世纪末基本实现现代化，实现中华民族的伟大复兴就是中国最广大人民的根本利益。党的各级组织和全体共产党员尤其是党的各级领导干部，必须认真理解并实施好“三个代表”。Abstract: According to basic Marxism principles of seeking truth from facts and Historical Materialism, the author points out that, at present in China, advanced productive forces are a kind of productive forces embodied by new technology and its industry; building socialist culture with Chinese characteristics is right orientation of China's advanced culture; in this mid-century,basically realizing the modernization and the great renaissance of the Chinese nation is the cardinal interests of the most majority of Chinese people. Based on these,the author further points out that what and how actually to do for our Party' s organization on every level and the whole Party members especially our Party leaders on defferent levels can be proved to be regarded as that they have practised comrade Jiang Zemin's 'three Represent's'.
