摘　　要：目的　用瞬态诱发性耳声发射 (transientevokedotoacousticemissions,TEOAEs)对重症监护新生病儿进行测试。方法　用英国Otodynamic公司生产的ILO 92耳声发射仪进行测试 ,刺激声为疏波短声 ,声刺激强度73- 86dBSpL ,脉冲宽度 80 μs,刺激方式为 3个正相波后紧接一个 3倍振幅的负相波的非线性模式。 结果　共有32 1个小儿进行测试 ,83.8%通过了第 1次测试 ,2 9个小儿通过第 2次TEOAEs检查 ,总共 92 .8%小儿通过测试。结论　TEOAEs是快速、简单、客观、无创 。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of otoacoustic emission testing in newborns of the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Methods Transiently evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAEs) were recorded in 321 newborns in NICU. The click stimuli level were 73-86dBSpL and stimuli pattern using non-linear model. Results Only 269 infants ( 83.8%) passed the first test and 29 infants passed the second TEOAEs testing. Altogether 92.8% infants passed the test. Conclusion TEOAE is a quick, simple, objective and effective screening technique in NICU.
