元气精华调节情绪的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究动物疲劳后情绪的改变及中药制剂元气精华抗疲劳和改善情绪的作用。方法　采用慢性疲劳动物模型 ,通过小鼠游泳实验 ,结合大鼠悬尾实验等动物行为学方法进行研究。结果　中药治疗组、人参皂甙组、空白对照组静止不动时间与模型对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,中药治疗组小鼠力竭游泳的时间与模型对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　中药制剂元气精华可以缓解体力和心理两方面的疲劳 。To study the change of the emotion in fatigued animal and the effect of the Chinese medicine recipe-Yuanqijinghua on the fatigue and emotion. Methods The animal model of chronic fatigue and the swimming experiment were used in this study,with the rat tail suspension test of the animal ethology method.Results There were significant differences in the time to hold still between the model group and other groups (P<0.05).The time that mice swim till death in Chinese medicine group was significantly different from that in model group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yuanqijinghua recipe can relieve the fatigue both in body and in mind,which can also prevent the appearance of depression.
