摘  要:目的筛检燃煤砷致人体肝损伤的早期监测指标。方法应用生化及放射免疫法检测燃煤型砷中毒患者血清胆汁酸 (SBA)、γ 谷氨酰转移酶 (γ GT)、血管内皮素 (ET)、谷丙转氨酸 (ALT)等四项生化指标。结果各中毒组SBA和中、重度中毒组γ GT、ET水平均显著高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 ,而ALT水平各组均无差别。结论SBA水平能在砷中毒早期反映肝损伤情况 ,γ GT、ET水平则在病情发展至中、晚期显示异常 ;SBA、γ GT、ET三项指标联合检测在砷致肝损伤的筛检及动态观察其病情发展中有重要价值。Objective To study the early mornitoring signs of liver damage and malignant changes of patients with arseniasis caused by coal burning. Methods Serumbile acid(SBA), γ glutamyl transpepti dase (γ GT), Glutamic pyruvic transaminase (ALT) and Endothelin (ET) were determined by biochemistry and radioinmmunoassay methods. Results SBA in all arsenic poisoning group were higher than the normal group, but ALT had not statistics significance in any groups. Conclusion SBA might reflect liver damage condition in early arseniasis, while γ GT and ET showed abnormally only in the middle or later stage. Combining SBA, γ GT and ET has important value to detect arsenic caused liver damage and its dynamic observing.
