130例不同生育状态男性精浆中三种前列腺素含量的观察

摘　　要：目的　了解 3种前列腺素在不同生育状态男性精浆中的变化。方法　用放免法检测 130例不同生育状态(正常生育对照组 ,不育组 ,少精组及无精组 )精浆中 PGE2 和 PGF1 α的含量 ;其中 6 6例还测定了精浆 PGF2 α含量。结果　少精组精浆 PGE2 浓度高于正常组 ,少精组的 PGF2 α浓度略高于不育组 ,其差异无统计学意义。不育组精浆 PGF2 α浓度低于正常组 ;无精组精浆 PGE2 ,PGF1 α和 PGF2 α浓度均低于生育组。结论　精浆中前列腺素 PGE2 、PGF2Objective To observe the levels of the grostaglandins(PGE 2,PGF 1α and PGF 2α)in semianl plasma from the men with different reproductive ability.Methods The levels of seminal plasma PGE 2 and PGF 1α were determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA) in 130 men who were divided into normal control,infertility,oligospermia and azoospermia groups;for 66 of these men,the PGF 2α level was measured by RIA.Results The PGE 2 level of oligospermia group was higher than that of fertility(normal control) group,and the PGF 2α level of it was a little higher than that of infertility group,but there was no statistical siginficance between them.The PGF 2α level of seminal plasma in infertility group was lower than that of fertility group.All of the PGE 2,PGF 1αand PGF 2αlevels of azoospermia group were lower than those of the fertility group.Conclusion The concentrations of the PGE 2,PGF 1α and PGF 2αin seminal plasma are related to male fertility.
