摘 要:研究了微波能干燥山毛榉、短波红外干燥松木、高温高速喷射黄杨木、长波远红外干燥榆木及传统的蒸汽法干燥水青冈 ,即 5种不同供热方式的干燥动力学规律。建立了非稳态干燥速率方程并分析了主要影响因素。也讨论了干燥质量与能耗。结果表明以低温远红外干燥优质节能。The drying dynamic laws of different the way provide energy were studied as follows: (1)The microwave energy drying of beech. (2)The high temperature infrared drying of pine. (3)The high temperature and high speed ejection drying of boxwood. (4)The traditional low temperature vapor drying of fagus. (5)The low temperature infrared drying of elm.The drying rate equation of drying process in an unstable stade was analyzed. The quality of drying and the energy charge also were discussed. The results indicate that the low temperature infrared drying process possess the advantage of good quality and low energy charge. Microwave technology process will have applied prospect widely,but it is necessary to provide a proper quantity of microwaves energy in timber drying and microwave assisted extraction.
