摘　　要：行政干预是我国市场经济条件下体现社会理性且十分必要的政府干预手段,并将行政干预区分为适度的行政干预和非适度的行政干预,在经济体制转型过程中,非适度行政干预的存在具有一定的客观合理性。但滥用权力的行政干预与现行法规相违背,并构成一种非适当的行政干预。Administrative Interfering is a very necessary government interfering method that reflects social rationality under the condition of market economy in our country.Administrative interfering is divided into moderate administra tive interfering and immoderate administrative interfering .It is c onsidered that during the process of economic system changing the existe nce of immoderate administrative interfering is due to somewhat objective and equitable.But the administrative interfering of abusing process goes against the relevant regulations of law in affect and constitution a kind of immoderate admini strative interfering.
