治霉控释棒剂的研制与临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :以生物粘附理论为基础 ,使两种物质的界面能较持久、紧密地粘在一起的新制剂。方法 :用紫外分光光度法测定替硝唑含量。结果 :药品含量、药理皮肤刺激性及过敏性实验均符合标准。经临床 86 5例观察证明 ,用药 3个疗程治愈率 ,治疗组分别为 6 8.0 5 %、79.0 8%、91.0 3% ,对照组分别为 6 4.49%、75 .12 %、86 .6 8% ,治疗组明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 1)。结论 :由于该制剂具有生物粘附性 ,使制剂在粘膜作用处停留时间长 ,增加了药物与粘膜接触的紧密性与持续性 ,有利于药物的吸收 ,疗效高。药物稳定性好、含量准确 ,具有控释作用 。OBJECTIVE To study a new type of biological adhensive medicament which can make interfaces stuck continuously and firmly.METHODS The content of Tinidazole was measured with ultraviolet spectroohotometry.RESULTS The content , the skin pharmacological irritability and sensitivity were all found to be up to the standards . The clinical observations of 865 cases showed that after 3 courses of treatment the curative rates of the treatment group was 68.05%, 79.08% and 91.03% respectivly while the curative rate of the control group was 64.49%, 75.12% and 86.68%(P< 0.05, P< 0.01, P< 0.01).CONCLUSIONS The preparation is stable and useful.
