摘　　要：目的　探讨CT对骶髂关节结核的诊断价值及其临床意义。方法　回顾性分析 32例骶髂关节结核的临床资料和CT表现。结果　骶髂关节结核常为单侧发病 ,表现为关节面模糊 ,关节间隙增宽。 32例中 ,6例 ( 18.8% )合并脊柱结核 ,4例 ( 12 .5 % )有关节半脱位 ,31例 ( 96 .9% )见到脓肿 ,5例 ( 15 .6 % )有窦道形成。结论　CT能很好地显示骶髂关节破坏的程度及冷脓肿或窦道的位置 。Objective To evaluate the CT features and its clinical significance of sacroiliac joint tuberculosis. Methods Clinical informations and CT manifestations of 32 patients with sacroiliac joint tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results Sacroiliac joint tuberculosis often involved unilateral joint , manifested itself as blurred articular surface and widened joint space. Of the 32 patients, six (18.8% ) had associated spinal tuberculosis, four (12.5% ) had joint incomplete dislocation, thirty one (96.9% ) had tuberculous abscess and five (15.6% ) had fistula. Conclusion CT can well display the degree of sacroiliac joint desdruction and region of abscess or fistula, and can provide valuable information for determining treatment measures and surgical approach.
