摘　　要：目的　应用高频超声对糖尿病患者颈动脉、股动脉进行超声观察 ,探讨糖尿病与动脉硬化的关系。方法　对 5 4例糖尿病患者进行超声检查 ,检测双侧颈动脉、股动脉的血管内径 ,内膜 中膜厚度及血流动力学情况。结果　 5 4例糖尿病患者 ,有 3 9例有不同程度的颈动脉、股动脉粥样硬化 ,血流参数在糖尿病有斑块组与无斑块组无显著差异。结论　超声能早期发现动脉粥样硬化 ,对糖尿病患者定期观察 ,可以判断动脉硬化的进展、治疗效果及预后。Objective To evaluate the relationship between diabetes and atherosclerosis by color Doppler. Methods The diameter, intima media thickness (IMT) and hemo dynamics of the bilateral carotid arteries and femoral arteries were searched with color Doppler in 54 cases of diabetes. Results Among 54 cases, 39 were found to form carotid and femoral plaques to various extent, the parameter of blood had no significant difference between the groups of diabetes plaqued and no plaqued. Conclusion Examination on carotid, femoral artery with color Doppler might be considered as an alternative method for early diagnosis of diabetes.
