摘  要:介绍用一种蒸镀的方法在碳化硼颗粒 (B4 Cp)表面涂覆一层含钛金属的涂层 ,使得金属基复合材料的 B4 Cp- Me体系中的界面结合强度得到改善。通过 X射线衍射、差热分析和热重分析等分析了涂层的结构变化。用粉末冶金法制备了 B4 C颗粒增强 Cu、Al基复合材料 ,通过磨损实验评价了界面结合强度。试验结果表明 ,经涂覆后 B4 Cp表面的结构组成由内向外依次为B4 C、Ti B2 、Ti N。差热分析也证实了涂覆后的 B4 Cp 表面产生新的物相 ,热重分析表明经涂覆后的 B4 Cp 的热稳定性较未涂覆的高。磨损实验表明 ,使用经过涂覆的颗粒所制备的复合材料具有更高的耐磨性。The method of vaporizing plating by which the containing titanium metal coating was coated on surface of B 4C particles was introduced. It is for improvement of integrating intensity of interface of B 4C p/Me. The microstructure of the coating was investigated using X-ray diffraction, Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA)and Thermo Gravimetry Analysis (TGA). The B 4C p reinforced copper and aluminum matrix composites were prepared by powder metallurgy.The integrating intensity of interface of the composite was evaluated by wear test. The experimental results show that the microstructure of the surface of B 4C p after coating is B 4C/ TiB 2/TiN from inner to outer in turn. DTA confirmed that the new phase appears on the surface of B 4C p after coating. And TGA showed that the thermal stability of B 4C p after coating is higher than that before coating. The wear experimental results showed that the coating particles reinforced composites have a better wear resistance. The wear experiment is simple and practical method evaluating integrating intensity of interface of B 4C p/Me.
