摘  要:目的 研究吗嗪和东莨菪碱合剂对小鼠学习、记忆能力的影响 ,以期为运动病的防治药物选择提供药理实验依据。方法 设立对照组、模型组、吗嗪组、合剂组 ,利用小鼠在方型水迷宫中学习、记忆能力的变化 ,通过组间对照评价抗运动病药物的中枢抑制副作用。结果  (1) 4组小鼠的游泳成绩均随学习时间的增加而提高 ,模型组提高的速度最慢 ;(2 )从第 3d天开始 ,模型组小鼠的学习记忆能力明显低于正常对照组 ;(3)对照组、吗嗪组、合剂组 3组的游泳和学习记忆成绩 8d内的增长状况基本一致 ,彼此间无差别。结论 吗嗪和东莨菪碱合剂对小鼠在方型水迷宫中的学习记忆能力无明显影响 ;对小鼠在方型水迷宫中游泳体力亦无明显影响 ;用方型水迷宫来检测小鼠的学习记忆能力灵敏。Aim To study the effects of anti-motion sickness drugs,cyclizine and scopolamine on the learning and memory ability of mice.Methods The tests were carried out in square water-maze.The changes of learning and memory ability of conrol,model,cyclizine and scopolamine in mice were observed and compared respectively.Results (1)Along with the learning time lengthened,the swimming grades were increased and there were the least increasing in the model group;(2)From d3,The learning and memory ability of model mice was significantly lower than that of control mice.(3)There was no significant difference among control,cyclizine,scopolamine mice.Conclusions Under the tested condition,cyclizine and scopolamine had no significant effects on the learning and memory ability and the physical strength of mice; It's an applicable and acute method to test the learning and memory ability of mice in square water-maze.
