高效液相色谱法测定复方环丙沙星滴鼻液中3组分含量

摘　　要：目的　测定复方环丙沙星滴鼻液中乳酸环丙沙星、马来酸氯苯那敏、盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法　高效液相色谱法 ,采用YWG -C18(10 μm ,4 .6mm× 15 0mm)色谱柱 ,以 0 .0 1mol·L-1NaH2 PO4-甲醇 -乙腈 (30 0∶16 0∶4 0 ,三乙胺 0 .5ml,磷酸调pH为 3.0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 5 7nm ,内标法峰高定量。结果　本文可同时测定 3组分的含量。乳酸环丙沙星 0 .0 12～ 0 .0 6mg·ml-1马来酸氯苯那敏 0 .0 3～ 0 .15mg·ml-1,盐酸麻黄碱 0 .1～ 0 .5mg·ml-1范围内 ,峰高比与其浓度呈良好的线性关系 ;平均回收率分别为 10 0 .18%、99.85 %、10 1.6 3% ;RSD分别为 0 .71%、1.2 0 %、1.10 %。结论　方法可靠 ,数据准确 ,灵敏度高 。Aim To separate and determine three constituents including ciprofloxacin lactate,chlopheniramine maleate and ephedring hydrochloride in Compound Ciprofloxacin Naritillae.Methods A HPLC method was used,chromatographic conditions included YWS-C 18 column and the mobile phase consist of 0.01mol·L -1 NaH 2PO 4-methanol-acetonitril(300∶160∶40).The detection wavelength was 257nm.Results The seperation and determination of three constituents could be accomplished simultaneously.The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.012～0.06mg·ml -1 for ciprofloxacin lactate;0.03～0.15mg·ml -1 for chlopheniramine maleate;0.1～0.5mg·ml -1 for ephedring hydrochloride.The average recoveries of ciprofloxacin lactate,chlopheniramine maleate,ephedring hydrochloride were 100.18% (RSD=0.71%),99.85%(RSD=1.20%),101.63%(RSD=1.10%) respectively.Conclusion This method was simple,quick and accurate for simultaneous determination of the three constituents in Compound Ciprofloxacin Naritillae.
