摘　　要：医学图像在临床诊断、教学科研等方面正发挥着极其重要的作用。医学影像存档与通信系统(Picture Archiving and Communication Systems,PACS)对医学图像的采集、显示、储存、交换和输出进行数字化处理。本文探讨了PACS的主要功能、特点及其适合本院的可行方案,并试着对其进行了投资效益分析。Medical imaging is playing an important role in clinic diagnostics and teaching, scientific studies, etc. PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) digitizes the wholeprocess from sampling, displaying, saving, communication to the outputting of a medicalimage. The article discusses the main functions and characteristics ot PACS. It proposesthe feasible implementation mode in accordance with the current status of our hospitaland makes the investment analysis.
