YK系无机抗菌功能材料的安全性实验研究

摘　　要：抗菌功能材料的安全性指标对其产业化前景有着重要影响。本文按照有关食品医药的标准要求,用YK系无机功能材料对白鼠进行急性毒性经口、经皮试验(半数致死量LD50)和精子畸形试验,还给出了变异原性等试验结果。结果表明,YK系无机抗菌功能材料安全性高、抗菌性能好。The safety factors of the antibacterial functional materials will have an imporanteffect on its applica-tions.Accordingto the toxicity test standard of food or medicine,with the white rats,the oral acute toxicity test,the skin acute toxicity test and the spermatic aberration test by using YK-seriesantibacterial functional materials have been investigated.Andthen the results of Ames'testand subacute toxicity test are enumerated.The experimental results show that the safety and antibacterial property of the YK-seriesantibacterial functional materials are sat-isfactory for manufacturingall kinds of antibacterial products.
