摘  要:KY 1型固砂剂用于高含水低温油层的防砂 ,其胶结剂为多聚氰胺 /有机硅树脂。在室内研究中按 1%盐酸→隔离剂→胶结剂 +固化剂→增孔剂的顺序将固砂剂各组分溶液依次注入粒径 0 .5~ 0 .8mm的石英砂填充管中 ,在适当温度固结后测定固结砂样的有关性能 ,筛选出了实用配方 :胶结剂、隔离剂、增孔剂、石英砂质量比为 1∶0 .7∶0 .8∶6 ,固化剂用量以胶结剂计为 2 %,在 35~ 70℃下固结时间为 3天 ,固结砂样抗压强度 8.4~ 8.9MPa ,气体渗透率 7~ 8μm2 ,在 90℃高温的 10 %盐酸、10 %NaOH溶液、清水、卤水、柴油中浸泡 6 0天后性能基本保持不变。KY 1型固砂剂在大港各油田用于油井的先期和后期防砂 ,井深 70 0~ 330 0m ,共施工 6 5井次 ,可对比 5 8井次 ,成功率为 87.9%。KY-1 type sand consolidation agent is developed for sand control in reservoir formations of high water cut and medium-to-low temperatures. The cementitious material of the agent is polycyanamide/silicone resin. In laboratory experiments the ingredients in solution are injected into quartz sand packs with particle size 0.5-0.8 mm in order 1% hydrchloric acid→spacer→cementitious material(CM)+curing agent(CA)→pore-creating agent(PCA) and after curing at proper temperature the consolidated sand packs are tested for compression strength, S c, and gas permeability, K g. As a results a working formula is obtained with the mass ratios of CM, spacer, PCA and quartz being 1∶0.7∶0.8∶6 and the use level of CA-2% on the basis of the CM mass taken, curing is conducted at 35-70℃ in 3 days, the S c value is in range 8.4-8.9 MPa, K g-7-8 μm 2, these two characteristics are practically unchanged after immersion of the consolidated sand packs in 10% hydrochloric acid, 10% NaOH solution, fresh water, brine, and diesel oil at 90℃ over 60 days. KY-1 type sand consolidation agent has being used for initial and later stage sand control in production wells of 700-3 300 m depth at several oil fields in Dagang. Of 65 well-time operations performed, 58 well-times are appraisable and successfulness of 87.9% is observed.
