电泵井清垢剂SQG-1的研究与应用

摘　　要：辽河曙光采油厂有 40余口油井用电泵举升采油 ,采出水中HCO-3 含量极高 ,饱和指数SI指示有结垢性 ,一些井结垢严重 ,常造成电泵叶轮结垢堵塞。垢样含酸溶物 (碳酸盐及少量FeS)约 5 3%,含有机质约 34 %,泥砂等约8%。针对结垢原因研制了溶解垢物的清垢剂SQG 1,其主剂为无机有机混合酸 ,配以表面活性剂、络合剂、助溶剂、消泡剂等 ,有效物含量≥ 10 %。该清垢剂对电缆及其包皮无腐蚀性 ,在高温 (90℃ )下与原油混合时不发生乳化 ,不产生淤渣。介绍了用SQG 1清除电泵井井下结垢的工艺及在 1口井清垢的良好效果。There are more than 40 electrial pump lift oil wells at Shuguang oil production factory in Liaohe. The produced water contains very large amount of HCO - 3 and the saturation index determined indicates possible CaCO 3 scaling. In some wells scaling is severe and heavy precipitates on vane wheels often plug the downhole immersible electric pumps. The scale samples are composed of ～53% of acid soluble substaces (carbonates and a little FeS), ～34% organic substances, and ～8% mud and sand. A scale remover, SQG-1, is developed to dissolve out these scaling substances and it consists of inorganic/organic acids as main component and of surfactants, complexing agent, cosolvent, defoamer, etc, in form of ≥10% aqueous solution. SQG-1 is not corrosive for cable and cable coatings and no emulsification or sludge creation appear when SQG-1 is mixed with the crude oil at temperature 90℃. The technologic aspects of scale removal in electric pump lift wells by using SQG-1 and the good scale removing results in one well are presented.
