摘 要:新研制并已投入工业生产的驱油用抗盐聚合物KYPAM ,为具有梳形分子结构的超高分子量的AM/AHPE共聚物 (共聚单体AHPE结构未知 )。按大庆企业标准《驱油用聚丙烯酰胺》的规定测定 6项质量指标 ,KYPAM均优于大庆 2B838和日本三菱MO 4 0 0 0 ;在矿化度为 10 0 0~ 19334mg/L的大庆 (4 5℃ )、胜利 (70℃、80℃ ) 5种清水、污水中 ,10 0 0mg/L的KYPAM溶液的粘度较对比超高分子量HPAM高 30 %~ 40 %;在不脱氧 180小时溶液老化测试中 ,KYPAM粘度保持率最高 ;KYPAM溶液 45℃剪切稳定性略高于 2B838和MO 4 0 0 0溶液 ;KYPAM在3种水中的增粘性能 (粘浓曲线 ,45℃和 70℃ )均远好于 2B838和MO 4 0 0 0。在 70℃岩心驱油实验中 ,KYPAM污水溶液提高水驱后采收率的幅度、阻力系数和残余阻力系数均高于英国胶体公司的HPAM 12 85清水溶液。The newly developed and commercially manufactured salt tolerant polymer KYPAM for EOR is ultrahigh molar mass comb-like AM/AHPE copolymers, in which the chemical constitution of comonomer AHPE is unknown. KYPAM with M≥2.5×10 7 is superior to HPAMs DQ2B838 and MO-4000 in 6 items of quality inspection determined according to enterprise standard of Daqing 'HPAM for EOR'. The viscosity of 1 000 mg/L KYPAM solutions in 5 simulation fresh or produced waters of salinity 1 000- 19 334 mg/L from Daqing (at 45℃) and Shengli (at 70℃ and 80℃) is by 30-40% higher than that of control samples of HPAMs. The viscosity of KYPAM solutions maintains their highest value in the course of ageing at the presence of O 2 in 180 hrs. The shear stability of KYPAM solutions is slightly higher than that of control HPAM solutions. The thickening (viscositying )capacity (viscosity-concentration plots) of KYPAM in 3 fresh or produced waters is much better than that of control HPAM samples. In core flooding experiments at 70℃, the enhancement in oil recovery and the RF and RRF values are higher for KYPAM solution in produced water than that for fresh water solution of British Colloids HPAM 1285.
