摘 要:孤东注水开发油田层内、层间矛盾严重 ,注入水和注入聚合物单相锥进 ,注聚井常发生堵塞。为此 ,研制了微凝胶调驱体系 :聚合物 (日本三菱公司的MS35 0 0 ,M =1.9× 10 7,HD =2 6 .4%) 10 0 0mg/L ,交联剂无机铝盐 5 0~2 0 0mg/L ,稳定添加剂 10~ 15mg/L ,用矿化度 390 0mg/L的油田污水配制。铝盐浓度 5 0 ,10 0 ,15 0mg/L的体系(CDG 5 0 , 10 0 , 15 0 ) 6 0℃下的粘度 ,在初配时较相应聚合物溶液 (PS) 6 0℃下的粘度 (4 1mPa·s)略低 ,在 6 0℃反应后均有所降低 ,但相互之间及与PS之间相差不大 ,在 6 0℃反应 5 6天后约在 30mPa·s上下。在 6 0℃下初配制的PS ,CDG 5 0和CDG 10 0流过气测渗透率 4.2~ 4.3μm2 的人造岩心柱时 ,阻力系数相差不大 ,随着 6 0℃下反应时间的延长 (0~ 42天 ) ,PS的阻力系数趋于下降 ,而CDG 5 0特别是CDG 10 0的阻力系数增加的幅度越来越大。在孤东 7 2 9 194井组试用CDG弱凝胶体系进行调驱 ,采用双段塞注入工艺 :10 0 0m3 CDG 10 0 +16 0 0m3 CDG 5 0 ,初步结果良好 ,注水井启动压力由 0 .4上升到 6 .7MPa ,吸水指数由 30下降到 2 8m3 /d·MPa ,对应 6口采油井日产油量由 2 9t上升到 48t,含水由 96 .1%下降到 90 .1%。In water flooding reservoirs at Gudong, Shengli, intra- and interlayer channellings are developed, coning of injected water and polymer happens and blockages are often created in the near-bore zones of polymer injection wells. A weak gel system for reservoir permeability control/oil displacement is prepared from an HPAM (Mitsubishi′s MS3500 with M=1.9×10 7 and HD=26.4%) of 1 000 mg/L, an inorganic aluminum salt as crosslinker of 50-150 mg/L, and a stabilizing additive of 10-15 mg/L in oilfield produced water of TSD=3 900 mg/L. The gelling solutions with Al salt of 50,100,and 150 mg/L (denoted as CDG-50,-100,-150, respectively) have slightly lower viscosity at 60℃ than that of corresponding polymer solution (PS), 41 mPa·s, as prepared and gradually decreased values of viscosity at 60℃ in the course of long term reaction at 60℃ with small differences between themselves, being ca 30 mPa·s after 56 days of reaction. Similar values of resistance factor, RF, (76~94) are observed for newly prepared CDG-50,CDG-100, and PS when flowing through artiticial cores of K g 4.2-4.3 μm 2 at 60℃ and the RF value for PS decreases gradually however the RF values for CDG-50 and for CDG-100, in particular, increase more and more rapidly in the course of reaction (60℃, 0-42 days). The CDG weak gel system is used preliminarily in reservoir permeability control/oil displacement at well group Gudong 7-29-194. Two slugs are injected: 1 000 m 3 of CDG-100 and 1 600 m 3 of CDG-50 and the tentative results are satisfactory: increase in starting water injection pressure from 0.4 to 6.7 MPa, decrease in water absorption rate from 30 to 28 m 3/d·MPa, increase in daily oil production from 6 correlated wells from 29 to 48 tones, and decrease of water cut from 96.1% to 90.1%.
