摘　　要：总结了数字示波器垂直偏转灵敏度和水平扫描速度的检定工作。本项目的实验结果得出如下结论:TDS600系列数字示波器幅度测量范围为(1～10)倍垂直偏转灵敏度标称值,测量不确定度为±4%×1/H,H≤10;时间测量范围为(1/5-11)倍的水平扫描因子,测量不确定度为0.1%×1/S±75 ps, S≤10。分析了检定中出现的异常现象并进行了如实记录,提出了避免产生异常现象应采取的措施。Verification works on vertical deflection sensitivity and horizontal sweep speed of digital oscilloscope are summarized. The experiment results are as follows: Amplitude measurement range:1mv/div～1v/div at the 1～10 times; Measurement uncertainty:±4%×1/H, H≤10, Time measurement range; (1/5～11)times horizontal sweep factor measurement uncertainty: 0.1%×1/s±75 ps, S≤10. Abnormal phenomena at the appearance of verification are analyzed and recorded. The some measures avoided these abnormal phenomena are indicated.
