摘　　要：在湿热的夏季,用腐烂变质肉品,置于户外草地遮阴处,招来雌麻蝇产下幼虫。收集其幼虫,置于腐肉上,幼虫生长发育至成熟(体积增大数十倍),成熟幼虫将自动钻进沙中化蛹,收集蛹,置于蝇笼中羽化为成蝇。雌雄蝇交尾后,成蝇的受精卵在雌蝇拟子宫中孵化为幼虫,转入第2世代继续培养。in hot and moist summertime,any sorts of animal flesh are placed to the overshadowed grassplot to which wild flesh -flies will come and lay their larvae on the f lesh.The larvae are collected on carrion that the larvae cat and gra dually grow to mature.Dry sands are placed around the matured l arvae and the larvae will go into the sands to pupate.The pupae are placed in fly -cage where they will make eclosion to be the adul t flies.The eggs will be hatched to larvas in the pseudo -uterus of the adult flies.The larvae will be laid on the flesh by adu st flesh -flies.This is the set of the cultural techniques of flesh -flies.
