狐犬瘟热、细小病毒性肠炎和脑炎三联疫苗免疫试验

摘　　要：用CDV弱毒、FPV A弱毒和CAV 2型弱毒研制成功了狐三联疫苗。该三联疫苗安全可靠 ,免疫原性强 ,免疫期 6个月以上 ,该三联疫苗免疫剂量为 3ml/只 ,CDV、FPV A和CAV 2型弱毒疫苗效价分别为 1 0 6 .0 ～ 1 0 8.0 ,现场应用 1 0 0余万只狐 ,抗体阳转率 93 %。Modified CDV,FPV and CAV-1 were used to prepare three combinaiton vaccine for fox.Vaccination experiments showed that the vaccine was safety,its immunologencity was high,the immune period was up to six mouths,the immune dosage of the vaccine was 3ml.The titers of modified vaccine CDV,FPV and CAV-2 were 10 6.0 ～10 8.0 ,the vaccine was used in more than one million foxes,the antibody converting ratio was up to 93%.
