尼尔骨康片对鼠的镇痛与抗炎作用

摘　　要：目的观察尼尔骨康片的镇痛与抗炎作用。方法采用小鼠热板法和大鼠尾尖压痛法分别观察灌服尼尔骨康片、阿斯匹林及等容量阿拉伯胶前后痛阈潜伏期的变化 ;采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀和棉球致大鼠肉芽肿法观察足跖容积和肉芽肿重量变化。结果尼尔骨康片灌胃给药对两种疼痛模型与两种致炎模型分别有镇痛与抗炎作用 ,且呈剂量依赖性。Object To observe the analgesic and anti-inflammatory actions of Compound Nilentriol Tablets (CNT).Methods Hot-plate method for mice and tail flick method for rats were used to check pain threshold after administration with CNT,aspirin and araban respectively.Furthermore,the ankle swelling caused by carrageenin and the granuloma caused by cotton in pellet in rats were made to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of CNT.Results The dose depending analgesic and anti-inflammatory actions of CNT were demonstrated by analgesic and inflammatory models.Conclusion CNT has significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
