摘　　要：目的探索评估脑卒中幸存者生活质量的方法。比较６～９月与两年时生活质量各个领域的变化，找出在康复期中存在的主要问题，明确在不同时期康复具体目标及社区卫生工作重点。方法选择我们大学医院神经内科１９９８年９月～１９９９年３月第一次发病的中风幸存者，应用SF －３６（简短３６条目问卷）在发病后６～９月与两年时，比较其生活质量各个领域的变化。结果发现生活质量与年龄均呈负相关。总的情况是男性优于女性，特别在总体健康、活力和精神健康领域。发现２年后生活质量较６～９月时明显下降，提示对残疾期的康复应引起重视。并发现患者除了存在严重的躯体功能障碍之外，还有严重的心理、社会功能障碍以及角色功能障碍。因此，我们不能忽略心理、社会功能的康复。结论SF －３６反应的健康维度广，简单易行，患者容易接受，可用于评估中风患者的生命质量。康复和社区卫生工作，应根据不同时期、不同性别、不同年龄的患者所存在的不同问题，采取不同措施。Objective Exploring the methods on evaluation of quality of life in stroke survivors。Comparing the changes of quality of life after ６～９months and those after ２years，Findin g out the main healthy problems in the period of rehabilitation，defining the rehab ilitation aim and the key of communit y services for the stroke patients during difference pe－riods．Methods Patients suffering from the first attack of stroke，during the period of Sep，１９９８～Mar，１９９９in the neuro－logical ward of our university hospi tal were collected ，and the SF －３６（Short Form ３６Health Survey Question naire）was used to compare changes in different aspects of life quality，between those su rvived of quality of in ６～９months and those survived up to ２years．Results It was shown that the quality of life i s negatively correlated with increa se of age．General condition is better in males than in females，especially about general health，vitality，and mental health．Their quality of life was de－creased obviously in the ２years grou p than in the ６～９months group．It suggested that the rehabilitation work s hould never be ignored．And it had been found that besides the serious physical dysfunction，there were serious dysfunction of psychological，social and role limitations too．Therefore，we should not neglect to impr ove their mental health and social fu nctioning．Conclusions Because of SF －３６includes a wide dime nsionality of health ，and it is very s imple to be used for and easily accepted by the patients，it can be used for evaluation of life quality in s troke patients．According to their a ge，sex，and main problems during various period of di sease，we should design different me thod for rehabilitation and communi ty services．
