不良孕育史夫妇相关病因学的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨不良生育史夫妇的外周血染色体异常与弓形体感染的发生率和疗效观察。方法采用外周血淋巴细胞培养,常规制备染色体标本、G显带、Giemxa染色显微镜下分析。同时对237例不良生育史妇女进行血清弓形体IgM抗体检查(ELISA)。结果474例不良生育史夫妇中检出染色体异常核型27例,检出率为5.69%,其中世界首次报告异常染色体核型三种3例。在27例异常核型中,随体联合11例,平衡易位7例,臂间倒位4例,次缢痕延长2例,部分缺乏3例。在237例不良孕育史妇女血清中检出弓形体IgM阳性45例,检出率为19%。弓形体阳性患者治疗情况:一疗程转阳者38例,占84.4%,二疗程转阴者5例,三疗程已全部转为阴性。结论对有特殊意义阳性患者,给予治疗并进行优生指导。Objective:To study the frequency and effect of the abnormity of chromosome outside blood and the in fection of toxoplasmosis of the couple who is ill bearing.Methods:To bring up the iymphocyte of outside blood and preparte the specimen of chromosome,analyse the chromosome with microsiope after dyeing with Giemsa.Results:27 cases of the abnormity of chromosome were looked up along 474 cases of the couple of ill bearing,the rate of examination was 5 69 %,3 cases of the abnornity of chromosome were reported first time in world.Along the 27 cases of the abnormity,11 cases of accessory united and 7 cases of balancable transposal,4 cases was brachial inversion and 2 cases of hypo-concave was extended,the scarcity of portion was 3 cases.45 cases of the IgM of toxoplasmosis was masculine,the masculine rate were 19 percent.The results of the patient of toxoplasmosis after cure:There were 38 cases of cure after one period of treatment (84 4 percent),5 cases of cure after two period of treatment,all cases of cure after three period.Conclusion:For the special toxoplasmosis,timely treatment and guidance of eugenics are needed.
