摘　　要：Based on the whole genome sequence data of Shigella flexneri 2a 301,phage inserting sequences on the chromosome were selected to analyse their distribution,types, possible function,especially in the pathogenesis,gene transfer and so on.It is the first time to study phage inserting sequences from whole bacterial genome in native field.Based on the whole genome sequence data of Shigella flexneri 2a 301,phage inserting sequences on the chromosome were selected to analyse their distribution,types, possible function,especially in the pathogenesis,gene transfer and so on.It is the first time to study phage inserting sequences from whole bacterial genome in native field.
