下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎的红外热像图研究

摘　　要：目的　分析下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎的热像图表现 ,并探讨其诊断价值。　方法　应用红外热像仪检查 4 7例下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者及 2 1例正常人的双下肢。　结果　正常人热图像呈现双下肢皮温无明显差异 ,大腿与小腿中央呈现淡红色、周边绿色、膝部淡绿色、足背淡兰色。下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎热图像 ,患肢温度分布混乱 ,高温区与低温区温差在 0 .5℃以上 ,静脉炎区域高温呈红色 ,血栓闭塞区域低温呈绿色 ,足背与足趾低温呈兰色。　结论　红外热像图能直观显示下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎的部位并具有一定的诊断价值。Objective To evaluate the thermography appearance and diagnostic value for TAO in lower extremities. Methods 47 Patients with lower extremities TAO were examined using the method of infrared imaging and 21 health people as control. Results In control group, the skin temperature on both lower extremities was similar. The color between large leg and crus was light red, with light green on periphery, genu was light green, dorsal pedal was light blue. In TAO group, the temperature distribution in lower extremities was unregulated. The temperature difference between high temperature area and low temperature area was more than 0.5℃. The temperature in phlebitis area was higher with red while that in thrombus was lower with green, and that in dorsal pedal and toes was lower showed blue. Conclusion The infrared thermography could be directly displayed on TAO area of lower extremities and it is valuable to the diagnosis of TAO.
