摘　　要：目的　探讨兔髂动脉急性损伤后 ,血清中内皮素、血栓素A2 和前列环素水平的变化及血管内膜的改变。方法　 12只新西兰大耳白兔 ,行右髂动脉球囊导管内膜剥脱术 ,术前、术后 3h及 3d放射免疫法测定血清中内皮素、血栓素A2 和前列环素浓度 ,两个月后取髂动脉测定血管内膜变化。结果　兔髂动脉损伤后血清内皮素即明显增加 ,血清中血栓素A2 浓度明显升高 ,前列环素水平则显著下降 ,血管内膜明显增厚 ,管腔狭窄 ,腔壁比 (wall lumen)显著低于对侧髂动脉。结论　髂动脉急性损伤后内皮素和血栓素A2 的升高、前列环素的水平降低及血管内膜明显增厚 。Objective To investigate the alteration of serum endothelin,thromboxane A 2, prostacyclin and vascular intimal following injury by balloon in rabbit iliac artery.Methods The iliac arteries of twelve white New Zealand rabbits were injured with a inflated balloon catheter, and serum concentration of endothelin,thromboxane A 2 and prostacyclin was measured with radioimmunoassay before injury,3 hours and 3 days after balloon injury.Result Serum endothelin and thromboxane A 2 concentration significantly increased after injury,following injury by balloon,whereas serum prostacyclin markedly decreased.Vascular intimal markedly was hyperplasia in contrast to control. Conclusion Serum endothelin and thromboxane A 2 were increased,prostacyclin was decreased,which may result in thrombosis following attenuation of the vascular after the intimal hyperplasia by balloon injury.
