摘　　要：目的　观察消眩止晕片对实验动物脑缺血的影响。方法　通过对大鼠脑缺血试验 ,小鼠断头试验及小鼠脑膜微循环试验进行观察。结果　消眩止晕片对大鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎造成脑缺血模型后其脑水肿程度及组织学改变均有一定的保护作用 ,对延长断头小鼠的喘息作用时间有明显作用。Objective To observe the effects of VST on cerebral ischemia in laboratory animal.Methods Cerebral ischemic experiment in rats,decapitation experiment in mice and observation of meningeal vascular circulation experiment in mice were used.Results VST had certain protection against encephaledema and histological lesion after cerebral ischemia caused by bilateral carotid ligation in rats and obviously prolonged the breathing time of decapitated mice. It could also dilate the small blood vessels and increase the velocity of blood flow in mice′s cerebrovascular circulation.Conclusion VST could markedly alleviate cerebral ischemia of laboratory animal.
