摘　　要：目的　测量右心室舒张早期血流传播速度 ,评价高血压冠心病的右心室舒张功能 ;方法　应用M型彩色多普勒测量 6 8例高血压、30例冠心病、70例正常人的右心室舒张早期血流传播速度 ,同时用脉冲多普勒测量了三尖瓣口的血流速度曲线 ;结果　高血压、冠心病患者的右心室舒张早期血流传播速度比正常人明显降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;结论　应用M型彩色多普勒测量的右心室舒张早期血流传播速度能简便、准确地评价高血压。Objective The right-ventricle diastolic function was evaluated by measuring the right-ventricle blood flow speed at early diastolic stage.Methods The right-ventricle blood flow speed at early diastolic stage was detected by M-mode color Doppler in 68 patients with hypertension, 30 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD), and 70 healthy individuals while the flood flow speed through tricuspid valve orifice(TVO) were measured by pulsed Doppler. Results The right-ventricle blood flow speed at early diastolic stage in hypertension and CHD patients was lower than that of the healthy individuals(P<0.001). Conclusion The M-mode color Doppler can accurately evaluate the right-ventricle diastolic function in patients with hypertension and CHD by detecting the right-ventricle blood flow speed at early diastolic stage.
