摘　　要：反相色谱因其高分辨率在蛋白质、多肽及其他有机分子的高效液相色谱分析中被广泛使用,特别在基因工程多肽类药物的精细化中起着难以替代的作用。采用反相色谱进行两种重组多肽的精细纯化,获得了好的分离效果。Reverse phase chromatography has occupied a key position in the HPLC analysis of protein?peptide and other organic compounds for its high resolution,especially in the polishing purification step of recombinant polypep-tide drugs.In this article,application of reverse phase chromatography of two recombinant polypeptide is introduced,and good separation results have been obtained.
