摘　　要：论及半个世纪以来在心律失常电治疗上的进展。分别对心动过缓、心动过速以及致命的心律失常_室颤的发病机理、表现形式及电治疗的原理作了扼要的介绍。指出心脏起搏器、射频消融术和埋植式自动复律除颤器的技术现状和发展方向。Described here is the progress of the electrical treatment for arrhythmia during the past half a century.The mechanism,their expression and the principles of electrical treatment for bradycardia,tachycardia and fatal arrhythmia -ventricular fibrillation (VF) are introduced respectively.The current situation and future development of the pacemaker,RF ablation and implantable cardioverion defibrillator are also discussed in the paper.
