无刺帽柱木抗肿瘤活性部位的成分研究

摘　　要：目的 :寻找民族药物无刺帽柱木治疗肝病的物质基础。方法 :Bel 74 0 2人肝癌细胞初步药理筛选提取部位 ,硅胶 ,SephadexLH 2 0 ,ODS等柱色谱分离纯化 ,NMR ,HSQC ,HMBC ,MS ,IR及理化常数等鉴定结构。 结果 :从具活性的乙酸乙酯部位分离鉴定了 3个以喹喏酸为苷元的皂苷。结论 :其中 2个皂苷为首次从帽柱木属植物中分得。Objective:To study the constituents of Mitragyna inermis that have an anti tumor activity on Bel 7402 of hepatic carcinoma.Method:The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH 20 separately and their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral technology.Result:Three quinovic acid glycosides,quinovic acid 3β β D glucopyranosyl (1→4) α L rhamnopyranosyl 28 O β D glucopyranoside(Ⅰ),quinovic acid 3β O β D quinovopyranoside(Ⅱ),quinovic acid 3β O β D glucopyranoside(Ⅲ),were obtained.Conclusion:Ⅰ,Ⅱ were isolated from Mitragyna for the first time.
