摘　　要：高炉的热风炉流量优化设定专家系统的特点是不要求完善的基础自动化和复杂、昂贵的分析器。根据冶金工厂实际情况,自动设定热风炉各加热期的煤气和空气流量,在达到废气温度管理期时,自动计算剩余加热时间和按此自动修正设定的流量。并按实际预热煤气和空气温度与预定值偏差、换炉的剩余蓄热量以及使用热风温度和流量自动修正所设定热风炉各加热期的流量。此外还能在预热空气压力变化时自动修正空气阀门位置。本系统在实际应用中,取得了良好效果。In this paper, describe flow setting and control expert system of hot stoves combustion for blast furnace. Theirspecialities are that don抰 need perfect basic automation, complex and expensive analysis instrument. According to metallurgicalplant practice, use expert system to set the gas flow andcombustion air flow for heating the hot blast stoves at different heating periods automatically, calculate automatically the surplus heating time during waste gas temperature, get managementperiod and accordingly correct the setting flow. The system can correct the setting flow according to surplus storage heat and deviation of preheating temperature of gas and air and hot blast temperature and flow. Besides, it can also correct the air valve position during air pressure change. This system had been set to use and get good result.
