血液透析治疗41例急性肾衰的体会

摘　　要：本文报告1980～1987年利用血液透析治疗的41例急性肾衰(ARF)患者,由于采取了早期预防性透析,积极有效地控制感染和加强支持疗法,使治愈率由42％提高到82％。文中提出了在DIC发生的不同阶段使用体内或体外肝素化的意见,并介绍了早期加强透析,简易法应用碳酸氢钠透析液,序贯透析和超滤的体会。41 cases of acute renal failure (ARF) were treated with hemodialysis from1980 to 1987 in our depertment. The cure rate was improved from 42% before. 1983to 82% after 1984 because of our adoption of preventive hemodialysis in the earlystage of ARF, the active and effective control of the infection of the petients, andthe strengthened supporting treatment. This paper puts forward our opinion of usinginternal or external heperinization in the different stages of DIC and describes ourexperience about the strengthening hemodialysis in the early stage of ARF, thesimple and easy method of using sodium bicarbonate dialysate, and the sequ-ential-ultrafiltration-hemodialysis.
