摘　　要：探讨了矿物分选对大型浮选机的要求 ,分析了大型浮选机研制中所要解决的关键技术 ,详细阐述了在KYF - 5 0充气机械搅拌式浮选机设计过程中整机的主要结构和参数的选择 ,以及槽体、叶轮、定子等关键部件的结构和参数选择 ,介绍了KYF - 5In this paper,the demand of mineral processing for large flotation machine is studied,the key technological problems,which need to be solved in the development of large flotation machine,are discussed The selection of main structures and key parameters in design of KYF 50 pneumo mechanical flotation machine is described in detail Also,the selection of the structures and parameters of key parts such as cell,impeller and stator is expounded In addition,the results of commercial test of KYF 50 pneumo mechanical flotation machine are introduced
