摘　　要：本文针对砖混结构房屋顶层砖墙水平裂缝及房屋端部八字缝或倒八字缝产生的原因进行了分析 ,提出了较为适用的防治措施 ,并通过工程实践验证了某些措施的正确性。The reasons of brick wall cracks beside the top floor tie beam of brick and concrete composite construction were analyzed. Some suitable prevention and cure measures were proposed. The correctness of some measures were tested and verified in engineering practice.
