摘 要:为了揭示多股流喷煤枪喷吹粉煤 -空气两相湍流流动过程流场分布情况 ,根据质量守恒、动量守恒、混合组分平衡的基本规律建立了高炉粉煤喷吹三维气 -粒两相湍流流动过程数学模型 .采用 K -ε- g方程描述风口内气 -粒两相的湍流流动 ,并基于 SIMPLE思想 ,通过对 Euler坐标下节点离散化方程的耦合关系分析求解 ,对喷枪改型前后高炉风口内气 -粒两相湍流流动进行了数值计算 .结果表明In order to reveal the distribution of flow field for 3-D gas-particle phase in the course of turbulent flow in BF tuyere, two types of lance were studied. Based on the basic laws of the mass conservation, the momentum conservation and the balance of mixing component, a mathematical model of turbulent flow for 3-D gas-particle phase in a BF tuyere was established. Turbulent flow for 3-D gas-particle phase was characterized by the Κ-Ε-g model. And on the basis of the SIMPLEST method, different numerical methods were applied according to the interconnection features between a variable and its computed region. The flow fields for the 3-D gas-particle phase for the two different lances were simulated. The calculated and experimental results show that a multiple hole lance can greatly reduce the erosion of tuyere caused by pulverized coal and enhance the burning efficiency of pulverized coal.
