摘　　要：在我国耕地保护形势日趋严峻的情况下 ,小城镇建设不可避免地将由单纯的水平扩展为主转向内涵挖潜为主 ,小城镇的土地利用优化就显得势在必行。文章阐述了小城镇建设中土地利用优化的含义及其必要性 ,剖析了小城镇土地优化的动力机制 。The serious situation of the protection of cropland forces the instruction of smallscaled city to convert its present sprawling extension to highintensity use of existing land resources.It is urgent to achieve an optimization of land use.The paper illustrates the necessity of the optimization,gives an analysis of the motivating mechanism and proposes relevant suggestions for that optimization.
