摘　　要：介绍了世界钢铁工业中电炉炼钢的发展动向 ;回顾了 2 0世纪 5 0年代关于发展平炉—转炉、烧结—球团技术战略中的教训 ;提出了我国应适度发展电炉炼钢的建议。The trend of development of EAF steelmaking in the world iron & steel industry is introduced; the lessons drawn from the technological strategy about the development of open hearth-converter, sinter-pellet in the 1950s of the previous century are reviewed; and suggestions concerning appropriate development of EAF steelmaking in China are put forward.
